I have a 2011 Traverse, bought it used with the GM Certified Pre-owned Warranty. I LOVED my vehicle, until 100 miles after the Pr-Owned warranty expired and now I have bells and whistles chiming every time I get it in. I have the check stabilitrak, traction control off, reduced engine power warning lights. This TOTALLY affects the way the vehicle operates when the warning is on. This light has gone on and off for about one month. Most recently, I was driving this past weekend on terrible roads with a car full of kids to a sporting event 45 miles from our home, the warnings came on. The car would all of a sudden (while driving 65 mph) skip out of gear, causing the RPM gauge to shoot up to 5500 RPM's and loose power. This would also occur while going up hills. Since that trip, the warning lights, which were only on intermittently don't go off. I have had it serviced two times for this issue which has not resolved the problem. Wheel speed sensors were replaced, hubs removed and cleaned... Both times, the dealership seemed to be clueless and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about because, of course, when I took it in, the warnings were off. My husband is done with the dealership and is pulling codes himself in hopes of correcting the problem since what they have done has not helped any way and each time we go in, we drop $300 or more. I would love some resolution to this issue.
