Traverse LT 3.6L V6

All three passenger door locks will not respond to the key fob or the door lock or unlock switch in the car. The key fob will unlock the driver's door but will not lock it. All of the doors must be locked manually. This all happened at the same time. The same day as the DIC not working during the day, too. I've checked all of the fuses and relays in the fuse box by swapping them out with others in the fuse box as well as replacing them with new fuses and relays and still nothing has worked. I've read this may be a symptom of a dying battery and replaced it with no solution. I've also read it could be a symptom of a bad body control module but haven't proceeded to replace it yet because it's between $160-$200 then you have to pay a dealer to program it for an additional $150... and what if that doesn't work?
