My 2013 Chevrolet Traverse LT began to have a problem with the "Rear Window Defogger Indicator Light" coming on randomly @ approximately 5,000 miles. Even though this issue is NOT hazardous it is still very annoying to say the least. I took the vehicle to our local dealership and after a Service Tech. examined it he simply stated on the work sheet "Unable to Duplicate" so, basically in a kind way, what they were saying was "Learn to Live With It!" If something occurs "randomly" how on earth can you expect to duplicate it? Needless to say Summer, Winter, Spring or Fall when cranking my vehicle I may or may not see yet another one of GM's random occurrences.....
