The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated that upon starting the vehicle, the air bag warning light illuminated. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V334000 (Air Bags) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact called another local dealer, Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson (30400 Lyon Center Dr, New Hudson, MI 48165) but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 123,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
