The contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse. While driving between 35-60 mph, the "traction control off" and "engine power reduced" warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to webb Chevrolet plainfield (located at 16140 S Lincoln hwy, plainfield, il 60586, (815) 556-2668) to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that unless the check engine indicator illuminated in their presence, they would be unable to provide a proper prognosis for the failure. The manufacturer was notified and provided case number: [xxx]. the approximate failure mileage was 64,865.
