The center row passenger side Seat belt buckle plug cover fell off. No accident took place. We tried to plug in the buckle and the cover fell off which made the plug ineffective. Could have been harmful had it disassembled during an accident

The drivers side seatbelt is no longer working at all. The latch does not lock into the piece at the bottom of the driver side seat. The red piece you push to unlock the seatbelt doesn't move.

I was backing up my vehicle going no more than few mph. My brakes would not stop the pedal went to floor. Luckily I was not going any faster because my children were in car. The car was able to roll to a stop I kept pumping brakes and it finally stopped. As per seat belts. The adapter to buckle seat belt broke and needs to be replaced. This happened while trying to buckle my carseat the cover broke off.

The metal tracks for the rear captain passenger seats has rusted badly and no longer locks in!! when I apply brakes, the seats slide all the way up to our front seats. It also appears that several other metal interior surfaces has rusted also. These include the door hinges, inside the seatbelts and all the metal frame of the rear seats. Dyer Chevrolet in vero beach, fl has the vehicle today for the first attempt at giving us a safe vehicle. This condition was first reported to our dealer on 8-20-18, and we were just called back in this week and were told that some parts came in but my service tech could not tell me what parts or what they intended to do.

We own a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse with 8 passenger seating. The second seat middle seatbelt anchors are very painful to passengers. The anchors are entirely too stiff and stick straight out from the 90 degree point of the seat with no "give" at all. It is nearly impossible for a passengers to sit appropriately in this seat -- the passenger is forced to sit a bit sideways to avoid being discomforted by the belts. The anchors also make it difficult to appropriately install a car seat in the middle position. Thank you in advance for looking into this matter.

My vehicle whether stationary or in motion routinely does not chime for a passanger or driver without a seatbelt. The light does come on but it will only chime 10% of the time. I am not having issues with it chiming when there is not a person is in the seat. I am concerned this is a life safety issue with my vehicle since if I am driving and my passanger takes off there seatbelt it does not alert me with sounds. It also does not alert me woth sound if I myself forget to apply my seatbelt. I have called and spoken to the dealership and taken my vehicle in multiple times. One of the service people have heard this issue occur where it would chime sometimes when he did not have his seatbelt on and other times it would not. I am concerned that the airbags may not function correctly if the seatbelt and weight sensor for the passanger and driver are not functioning properly. I have been advised that it is not an issue per the dealership and to me it is as I have never had a car not chime notifying you that the seatbelts are not fasened. The dealership did take the same type of vehicle off there lot to test in a different car and that vehicle never chimed for the lack of a fastened seatbelt. I first noticed this when my vehicle was at 500 miles and it is now over 5000 and still not resolved.

My daughter was tangled when a seat belt got wrapped around her neck and would not loosen because it was in retract mode and it would only tighten more. I had to cut her out of the belt. Their should be a way to override the retraction on belts when this happens. The car was parked at the time and I was home and able to grab scissors. U don't know what I would of done if I was in the road as I don't keep scissors in my car. I do now though.
