The contact owns a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated that after starting the engine a loud rumbling sound was present coming from the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who diagnosed that the front drivers side exhaust pipe welding had fractured. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The vehicle was not repaired. The local dealer was notified of the failure but no assistance was offered. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 56,000.
