I was driving south on [XXX] north of [XXX] when a blue Dakota pulled out in front of me. I did not have time to stop or swerve. The Emblem of the airbag cut my left hand and fingers, tore the tendon in my thumb and hand, and sprained my left wrist. It also bruised my right thumb, bruised my heart, and collapsed the bottom of my lungs. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
