After an oil change and tire rotation, the internet no longer worked. (This has never happened before.) But it wasn't immediately obvious. First I found that SuperCruise was not recognizing roads at all, including ones that it usually did. Then I saw the OnStar light was red. And then a device was connected to the hotspot but said "no internet". That's when I realized all those systems needed a connection that wasn't there.
