oil leaking into coolant reservoir oil leaking into coolant reservoir oil leaking into coolant reservoir oil leaking into coolant reservoir

Vehicle out of 3 years or 100K warranty. Vehicle runs normal. I told dealer/mechanic, car showed dark oil leaking foam type, inside coolant reservoir. No LED on dashboard, no heating, no coolant leaking, no motor oil leaking, no gearbox oil leaking. 110K mark: Motor oil and filter were changed, gear oil changed. Due to fix, coolant changed. Testing car: stopped and driven showed no leaking and motor no heating. Car kept working fine.

Update from Apr 25, 2019: Fix had 3 month warranty. One month later, coolant reservoir have this oil leaking foam type again. One month later this oil foam became thicker. Car keeps working fine. Car was sent to dealer to get fixed again.

Dealer flushed dirty coolant and filled with new coolant while car was running(special machine to do so). Dealer gave me 3 month warranty again.

Update from Apr 25, 2019: One month later, same issue. Two months later, oil foam became thicker. Car sent to dealer. New fix was to flush radiator, change coolant again. 3 month warranty again.

Update from Apr 26, 2019: Also, Reservoir Cap - GM part#:13502353, Lower Hose - GM part#:96968500, and Inlet Hose - GM part#: 55596898 were replaced. Car out from dealer on 4/17/2019 for testing. 3 months warranty from this date. Need to wait for one and two months to make sure issue was fixed or keep having same problem.
