The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle would jerk and hesitate, and excessive smoke was present coming from the rear exhaust pipes. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that there was no lubrication to the engine due to a lack of engine oil. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer.
