On Tuesday March 20th, 2018 the 2015 Chevrolet Trax in which I was a front seat passenger was stuck from behind by a 2012 Dodge Ram full size pick up truck. The seat belt that was restraining me failed to restrain the forward motion of my body at impact. The seat belt did not tighten up, it allowed my body to be propelled forward unrestrained. I suffered a neck injury and was also diagnosed with concussion type symptoms at the er. The vehicle was at a complete stop waiting for oncoming traffic to pass when it was stuck in the rear passenger side by the pick up traveling at an unknown speed.
