Hello So recently just after an oil change my cars check engine came on. I check with the app, it stated both a stabli-track issue and an emission. Which those 2 things don't connect in any way I know, they are 2 different systems. Then I went to a local auto parts store, AutoZone. We check the engine code and it was an emissions issue. It was my vapor canister purge valve malfunction. The other thing that this issue cause a rough start when you 1st the car in the morning. That sometimes it causes the stabli-track alert on the dashboard to come on, for a couple of moments. The reason Im contacting you about this. Is because that the app is telling the customer me that there is 2 issues that specific issue comes on and that if no fix right away. The rough start up will cause the stabli track alert to come on. Even though it is not a stabli-track issue.

The car lost turbo power, it was in there 3 times and the repair was not correct. The service manager at ron westpahl, david, said there is a service bulletin out for the ifor this problem, it is a known problem in the North with the cold weather the inverter get condensation in the vehicle and freezes. Since the weather has turn warmer the car now runs with no check engineer, but Chevy has now refused to fix it because the check engine light is no longer on. This inverter has been redesigned T O prevent the condensation. If this is a known problem and they redesigned a part this should be a recall to all Chevy Trax in the northern region
