The contact owns a 2024 Chevrolet Trax. The contact stated that the windows of the vehicle failed to roll down intermittently. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer several times. The dealer lubricated the windows tract; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 900.
