The tension rods or whatever they are called that keep the hatch up, they both went out at the same time and the hatch came slamming down. Would have seriously injured or killed someone had they been under it. Vehicle only 2 yrs old! I've had 6 vans in my life and none have ever had this happen, this van has been a piece of crap from day one!
