The contact states the windshield wipers on the vehicle were hidden under the hood. When the temperature dropped to freezing T the windshield wipers froze. Had to open the hood and chip away the ice to get the windshield wipers out from under the hood. The dealer and the manufacturer have been contacted. The contact felt this was a design flaw from the manufacturer.
