The contact owns a 2006 Chevrolet Uplander. When a passenger is buckled in the rear seat, he/she is able to slide out of the leather seat. The failure occurs only when making a turn at any speed. The contact spoke with Chevrolet customer care (reference # 1431367546). Customer care was unable to help. The current mileage is 17,720 and failure mileage was 25.
