The contact owns a 2006 Chevrolet Uplander equipped with Goodyear assurance tires, size P225/60R17. The contact stated that 3/4 of the tire sidewalls collapsed. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that there were pinholes in the tire sidewalls. The tires were replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
