The heater only heats up while the vehicle driving . When the vehicle makes a stop the heater stop heating up.

Update from Apr 2, 2015: The heater only heats up the inside of the vehicle while it is being driven. When the vehicle makes a stop, the heater stops heating up the inside of the vehicle.
