This complaint is on the gerry one-click car seat, model # 691. Other identifying # 020896A (manufacture date?). we purchased this in late 96 and stopped using it in early 1998. We planned to use it again and upon inspection, I discovered 2 cracks, one on each side of the car seat. The cracks are located on the plastic restraint bar, at the bolts connecting it to the seat. This car seat was never involved in an accident and has been maintained and used properly. We have since disposed of it, however I felt it should be reported and investigated if necessary. Thank you for your time.
