This van has largely been a reliable vehicle. It has had the A/C system & the valve-train replaced under OEM warranty. We had the transmission replaced at around 120,000 miles. For the past 6 months we have fought a "Check Engine" light. The mechanics say that the computer shows a "lean code." They've replaced the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, mass air flow sensor, primary computer, & O2 sensors (four times). They've "smoke tested" the system for a vacuum leak, found one, and replaced the offending part. The engine light still comes on!!! We notice that the engine surges under load, it has a "lifter tap" nearly continuously!!! Other than these annoyances, the van runs fine... at least so far. I'm sure that it is on it's last leg.
