Both headlights have a heavy condensation, causing reduced visibility during the night and obstructing the consumer's view. The headlights had been replaced four times for the same problem. The condensation was so severe that it puddled when the glass was tapped which would cause it to blow out during night driving and cause a problem on the back unlit roads.
