Bought the van from the dealer and purchased extended warranty against this very problem only to find out later that the warranty is too weak to cover the entire repair. The dealer keeps telling me the vehicle is beautiful no problem, I brought it to him with an overheating problem 3 or 4 weeks after purchase. $$$ to buy a thermostat from him. Tells us oh this happens when weather change from winter to spring. bring it back again due to over heating he adds coolant. now it over heats I pull over and steam coming from side of engine block. Dealers mechanic says its intake manifold possibly head gasket.
Dealer says "I am not a magician how cold I have foreseen this ?"

Leak was a pain. Took the dealership 3 different checks to figure out the leak. The first time they said it was a loose clamp, I went back the next day and they then said it was a weak clamp. The next day they finally figured out that it was the intake gaskets.
