Venture LT 3.4L V6

This problem started during the summer of 2009. it's February 2010 now. It's not that bad get but it's been getting slightly worst. It's clucks sometimes when in reverse. It's hard at shifting when passing. not that bad get but there's lots of problems with the venture.

After having my spark plugs changed I had noticed that my transmission is going and it is hard to shift into gear. Have not yet had this fixed
