Venture LS V6

The ABS light came on the dash board. The owner's manual says that it means you have to stop, turn off the engine and re-start because YOU HAVE NO ANTI-LOCK BRAKES. Ok I did the process but it stayed on. Took it to the dealership and they say that one sensor is done and the other has shown a history on the computer. So it cost us $500 to replace one sensor, and the light did go off. Two weeks later I hit a puddle of water and the light comes on again! They say to replace all 3 other sensors would cost $1300. They don't know why it's happening and they've never heard of it before. Well I'm going to GM to find out whats what. This is a safety item that we paid EXTRA for and the van only has 33K on it! In service date is Dec 2003, so after 7 years the ABS is toast??
