problem #2

Venture LS 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 95,896 miles

I BOUGHT THIS 2004 CHEVROLET VENTURE ABOUT 5 MONTH AGO . AND ALL I HAVE BEEN HAVING IS PROBLEMS WITH THE BRAKE SYSTEM . AND IT COST ME $ 400.00 TO HAVE THE GEAR SHIFT FIXED ON THIS SAME VEHICLE . I HAVE REPLACED THE PADS 3 TIMES SINCE OWNING IT . AND STILL THE ABS LIGHT KEEPS ON COMING ON . VEHICLE MAKES A POPPING SOUND SOMETIMES . AND WHEN DRIVE AND MAKE A STOP THE ABS LIGHT COMES ON AND STAY ON . DEALER SAID THE BEST THING TO DO IS SELL MY PROBLEMS TO SOMEONE ELSE.

Venture V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 37,300 miles

the brakes are cheap as hell on this vehicle, 60000 km and I had to replace the front brakes and now 80000 kms and I have to replace the back brakes all at $400 (CDN) a pop!!!! Labour charges are ridiculous, and GM are making sh*t ass cars.
