The car would not start for several tries. I finally got the vehicle started after numerous attempts over two days. I took the vehicle to a Chrysler dealership. The mechanic said I needed a new starter. I had the starter replaced and paid a little over $550 for the repair work. Then less than a month later the car totally stopped working for which I filed a separate complaint. I am getting rid of the car after the last episode.
