clicking sound,happen when you turn A/C on,car on and alarm

clicking sound coming from rt side door. It comes on when you turn off the Alarm, A/C, And Radio. Someone told me that their A/C went out due to the problem. It should go on the recall list cause the dealer knew what i was talking about when i told them what was happening over the phone. Said it's very common.
