U connect RBZ 400 Radio/voice control issue!! No solution provided by U connect or Chrysler dealerships

Phone does not work well with read text - I had a Samsung Note 3 could not barge in the list of 20 items , both parties pointed fingers at each other. The first dealer said it was a piece of crap, remarks: "lucky it works for you to this point" Next trip: U connect instructed a replacement, they complied and replaced the voice control module. Got the car back and the unit would not initialize or work with the phone at all. I returned after sitting in the car to have them investigate they said they did as instructed, nothing else they could do.

Called U connect they suggested to use another dealer. Booked it - To the next dealership . they cleared the error codes that were generated from replacing the voice control unit from the first dealer. They verified the unit was not compatible although it was almost 90% operational except for one function. I purchased a new Samsung S7 , fully compatible on the u connect list for sending messages, not receiving as indicated, works even worse. The interface works even worse, the units keeps replying can not complete call when I get a text message or when I send a SMS. Called U connect they suggested the web page is wrong on the compatibility report.

I give up, I think the first dealer was right, its a shame they advertise these features. to be able to use in this car with concerns about consumer texting on the phone while driving, due to safety concerns. This product does not help or assist in this matter, when its not fully supported. No firmware is available to rectify the operations.( checked with U connect)

I think I will purchase a holder for the S7 and paste it on the screen of the U connect radio, to hold my new phone. The product is a total waste of money to add to the car as a feature if you use texting in my opinion.

This is the worse service and support for a product I have ever received from any vendor.
