This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Chrysler dealer.
2013 Chrysler 200 Touring 2.4L Just rolled over 40,000 miles.
P2173 code comes and goes. Light TPS and traction control lights come and go each time you turn the car off. The Dealer said 700 to replace throttle body plus 95 for the computer test. I paid the 95 then the dealer parts department said that I have to prepay 410.00. (around that). Then the great news was they have more than 200 back orders and it will be 4 to 8 weeks before the parts come in. I paid on Friday afternoon and found Dorman part for 230 and changed it myself Saturday. I went and got my money back from the dealer on Monday..
Before I changed the part it took 4 blocks to get up to 35 mph and that was top speed. After changing the throttle body it runs fine, except sometimes after you have drove it a while the lights come on and it starts to run a little rough. If you shut it off and restart, it runs fine with no trouble lights on the dash.

I have had this POS car for just over a month. I have yet to take it anywhere because I have been doing a lot of research and seeing that other people are having the same issues I am. It's hit and miss. A few days in a row, turns on right away, other times it takes several attempts to turn over the car. I can turn the key to start, the lights on the panel come on and does nothing and other times comes right on. New thing today was the wipers turning on by themselves.
I called the Chrysler dealer here and its not covered under warranty and probably could cost me a few hundred dollars before any work is done on it. The car is under 50K miles and I have had it for just over a month. I've never experienced issues this quickly even for cars that are rust buckets. I would lose my ass on this by trading it in but I just can't move past the fact that just over 30 days and not a damn thing can be done by the dealership I bought it from.

I'm pissed this is a brand new car that i worked hard for and my first Dodge product that I paid cash for, times are very hard and we bailed you out give us what we pay for and stop the short cuts and watching the bottom line. this is some bullshit! it is a shame that a car that had 200 miles on it because of driving it from dealership to another has a problem at all.

Just bought this car from a Dealership less than 30 days before the problem started, really annoyed and frustrated.
