The contact owns a 2013 Chrysler 200. While attempting to activate the heat in the vehicle, the contact heard an abnormal noise under the dashboard of the passenger side of the vehicle once the fan started. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 47,000. Updated 02/26/16
