engine light goes on and off randomly

The engine light has yet to be explained by dealer or Chrysler. The light goes on and off at different times.

When I have taken to the dealer for diagnostic they can not find an error for the 6 time winner event. Chrysler states "its due to a recall part but dealer reports they have installed the recall part"??? REALLY
