Takata recall. I am extremely concerned with this recall, and how there is no remedy available. I am very uncomfortable driving my car, especially since I live in Florida, and the high humidity and temperatures can make this issue even worse. I have tried to trade my car in on a new one, and many dealerships are unwilling to accept it as a trade because of the recall, meaning they would be unable to re sell the vehicle. I now feel like I am stuck with a vehicle that is completely unsafe to drive, putting myself and my family at a high risk of danger.

Summary: The vehicles may experience loss of air bag and seat belt pretensioner deployment capability in certain crash events due to a shorting condition resulting in a negative voltage transient that travels to the occupant restraint controller via the front impact sensor wires. Safety risk: The potential loss of air bag and seat belt pretensioner deployment capability in such crash events may increase the risk of injury in a crash. Remedy: The occupant restraint controller must be replaced. Recall status: Recall incomplete. Remedy not yet available manufacturer notes: For more information, visit recalls.mopar.com or call 1-800-853-1403. Please have your VIN ready when calling.

We were in an accident my son and husband were in the front seat and the both had injuries. My son had neck injury and I feel that it is due to the headrests in the vehicle. I would just like for this to be looked into. We were at a stop when the vehicle was rear ended by 2 vehicles. The headrest literally blew open. Prior to this the wipers would turn on, anytime we used the signal light.
