2013 200 touring convertible the steering continually clunks after car gets driven 10-15 mins. and warmed up, this is not only very annoying I don,t want to drive with grand kids or anyone else. this car has approximately 26,500 miles. It looks like new and drives terrible. I also feel the rear suspension and struts are defective as the back starts bouncing around with any type of road surface. It sounds under hood of like there is pop corn popping. Is this a recall yet? I feel the car has a flaw will chrysler fix these lemons . there are 200+ complaints on u-tube and many other . CarComplaint.com please help
Update from Nov 14, 2016: A very good privately owned, local suspension and alignment shop told me its a mystery as where to start. I was told to be careful and maybe not drive the car .Isn't that nice to hear on a 26,000 mile car. The owner of this shop also works in the shop. He stated possibilities, as control arms, steering sector, front struts, rack and pinion, As I reported earlier to car complaints .com The local Chrysler dealer was the first stop. I found there service dept. was less than helpful. I also checked you tube that is where I read other owners that also had this problem at approximately the same mileage. thanks for your follow up, not fixed yet. thanks bob k.

Just bought this car with 1 mile on it. Few days after driving it the car pulled to the right and made thumping noise's, even if you hit a crack in the road. While driving at highway speeds you felt like you had no control over the car.
Took it to the dealer I bought it from and they said it's the tires..I asked them to replace tires then and they said they could not do that (less then 500 miles on car). Car got worse and it had been in the dealers shop approximately 6-7 more times for same thing. When one of the techs took a ride, he said I know exactly what the problem is. Supposedly some steering arm, car was kept for 3 days and a new rack and pinion was put in my car along with other new steering components. 3 days after I get it back, same thing happening.
I was told the tires were bad and Chrylser would do nothing about it. NOW (to many miles-about 11,000) I explained to them the car was in here for same thing just couple weeks after purchasing it so they should backdate. STILL HAVE THIS PROBLEM EVEN AFTER A NEW SET OF TIRES.

The problem with the car I am told is the Steering Rack & Pinion Assembly. It makes a thumping noise. I want to know if this is covered under a warranty? The car is only 2 1/2 yrs. old. I cannot believe this can be happening on a new car.
