This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Chrysler dealer.
The dealer and all the experts on the body shops I went for estimates agreed that the paint showed a defect from the factory. After a 2 hour call with Chrysler they said that the warranty department rejected the claim twice based on notes and pictures from the dealer, very interesting process, they can tell whether is covered or not without even seeing the vehicle, really speaks a lot from the professionalism in Chrysler.
Since the dealer took the vehicle to the body shop for an estimate Chrysler representative told me that using a "Good will" they would help me with a percentage of the repair cost. After a long wait on the phone the representative came out with an offer for 10%, nearly 200 dollars. I'm still thinking I heard wrong, what a joke from a multimillionaire company.

A new car should have a good paint job. It should not look bad in the first few months you own it.

Lemon....Lemon.....Lemon!!!! That's what I got, to many issues with this car. Should be stopped from selling till issues are fixed. Chrysler keeps letting people buy faulty product, expect to be getting a new transmission shortly after purchasing if you buy one of these.

For a car that is only a few years old it is ridiculous for the paint to literally be peeling off of the front bumper. The car was never wrecked or abused in anyway, the paint is peeling in several different spots on the front bumper.
