This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Chrysler dealer.
Only had my Chrysler 200 for two weeks and the ABS light came on as well as the traction light and the steering is stiff. Really concerned about my safety now with this car.

My car, which I purchased new August, 2014, dies at random. In traffic or on the freeway. It's been to the dealership four times to date for the same problem. The engine light comes on along with the ABS light. It had a computer update per the first recall in August, 2015. It was in on October 27, 2015 to fix the second related recall problem and they only had one of the two parts in stock to fix it. They delayed getting my car in right away because they said they wanted the second part in stock so they could replace both at the same time. When I took it in on 10/27/15, they quickly changed their story and said the second part could not be ordered until they looked at the vehicle and verified the second part was needed. Then proceeded to tell be it's on an extremely long back order. I have a case opened with Chrysler Corp and a case with New Motor Vehicle Board in California. It's bad enough when the vehicle dies in traffic in the city....but dying on the freeway at random is a scary experience that no one would want to endure. Personally, I don't believe Chrysler, although they issued the recall, knows how to fix.
