So I rescheduled to have the recall fixed and that appointment was for Friday November 6th at 8am.I went inside, registered my car, and left my keys with the service department and was on my way. I had my daughter pick me up since I was told that they would need to keep my car for 8 hours and I did not want to sit there for 8 hours. About 45 minutes after leaving my car at the service department I recieved a call from them stating that they would once again not be able to fix my car because they did not have the parts. I am so frustrated at this point. They claim the parts are on back order but I am receiving emails from Chrysler saying parts are available and take your car in immediately to be fixed. I don't know what to do and I just want my car fixed properly. Just the other day it shifted to neutral going down the road at 55 mph, luckily no one was hurt and a crash did not occur. What should I do next??
