As I was driving home on the highway the check transmission light came on, I turned into a gas station and attempted to put the car in park and was unable too. A notification popped up stating the car was not in park and to apply parking brake to prevent car from rolling. I then put the car back in D but was unable to move, I then placed the car in R but also was not able to move. After attempting to put the car in park again with no success, I tried to turn the car off, this also was unsuccessful. The car would only go to acc, I was forced to leave the car in this mode until it cut off on its own. I returned to the car the next day and was able to start it, upon starting the car was in P and allowed me to go D and move the vehicle. Within 10 feet of driving on the street, the check transmission light reappeared, I then pulled into a parking space on the street and turned the vehicle off. This has been happened in this car at least 7 times and I have been back to the dealership I purchased the car from at least 5 times. Every time it was either a simple fix or they could not find anything wrong. I am now out of my warranty and may be forced to pay for a transmission to be fixed. I am risking the life of my 4 year old child every day I use this car. There is a recall for this exact issue but somehow my car was not included.

When engine is cold it stalls repeatedly when I slow down, stop, turn a corner or accelerate. Car is fine when it is hot but I can't always let it warm up for 10 minutes before driving. This morning was the worst when I pulled out of my subdivision and it stalled in the middle of the road with oncoming traffic having to slam on their brakes to avoid hitting me. This is going to get me killed.

"cold start" my car had a recall for a device that needed to be replaced. "shuts off while driving" I was informed that it was replaced and this would solve the problem. "cold start" this is happening again in the mornings, the car starts fine: I'll sit and let it warm for about 5 mins. When I drive out the carport parking make a left, then making a right the car shuts off while driving. This has happened 2 time's last month. Same issue this month, but it has happened 10 times this month. I warm the car and then proceed to drive, shuts off completely, before it would start right up, now it's having a delayed starting issue as if it doesn't want to start. Same routine as to warming up my car, I made a right onto the street and when slowing down because there was a dip, car shut off, 3 attempts to start it up. The car shut off again at the stop sigh before heading into a major intersection of oncoming traffic. It is now taking at most 3 times to attempt before the car starts and now the needles in the car on the dash board roll over from the 0 and back. It also has a delay when trying to exhilarate. This is happened to my on the streets while in motion, making turns, driving straight. This is very dangerous and the recall specified that the car could shut off while on the highway.

The car engine keeps on stalling while it is in motion. The car suddenly stops while I am driving it. There are no warning lights, visual cues or sounds to indicate any problem. As a result, the car's power steering becomes inoperable. The speed of the car varies at the time of each incident. So far, the car has been able to restart after putting the car in park and after a couple of attempts of pushing the start button along with stepping on the brakes. It is an extreme safety risk.

I have had this car 3 months and the following this has happen numerous times over 10 and almost cost me my life along with family members. 1. while driving the vehicle the engine shuts off for no reason with no warning lights. I have taken it to a shop left it over night and the mechanic states you have major problems with this car. It is unsafe to drive. All this problem with the car has been while the car was in motion on city streets and highway. All of this started January 4, 2019. The 2015 Chrysler 200 is a death trap and lemon!

Vehcile has several error lights that come and go. I cannot get Chrysler dealers in brevard, Florida to do warranty work. Everyone is in danger as the car is no longer safe. I have begged for tow ins, rentals and warranty diagnoses. I have begged for Chrysler to send a trained rep from out of town to investigate. This has gone on for years, now the below dealerships owns both the dealers in my region and refuse to do work to diagnoe per warranty at either. I had a free oil change package from Chrysler from a previous service related complaint. The dealer scheduled an appointment, I gave them all my info. I also ordered an expensive part to have installed, which is nonreturnable. I paid for and picked up part. Checked my car in. Then ross and craig, also ed O'donnell I was told were all texted by ross and upon checking in vehicle was told "sorry we will not service your vehicle or install your part. This has been an ongoing issue and I was also told by ed O'donnell on a previous complaint that I was welcomed to return. Did I mention the package expired shortly there after. Also shortly there after leaving the work they did previously, the symptoms now re present themselves. Ironically. Also, it was admitted by phone that they had backmoffice discussions with another dealer in the area gator Chrysler. I am now stuck with a part they will not install or refund. They will not change my oil or rotate tires. They will not fessmup to the vandalism of my vehicle that occurred on their lot in 2018. They have destroyed my car and now all kinds of engine lights come on to discredit me. On Saturday 29/9/2019 I was getting ready to go to work from fremont, ca to san jose, ca and my car wouldn't start. I had to press the push start several times to get it to start, . once it did start when I turned on the defroster it started shaking and turned off. I had to let it idle more than 15 minutes before it warmed up. I made it around the block about a quarter mile before I came to a stop sign and the car shut off. I managed to turn it back on and pull over. It continued to stall until I got back home. Since then it's been shaking when on idle and it jerks between gears. While on the 880 freeway the car will decelerate during peak traffic hours causing me to have to pull over to the slow lanes to avoid getting rear ended. I'm taking to the dealership for diagnostics.
