Somebody switch my vin to another car stolen the parts the car unsafe swaying and stole the shocks control arm sway bar air bag tampered my car had a key hole on the trunk when I bought it it not there the gas pedal break pedal no correct the car is dangerous and I have a stolen switched Chrysler under my vin number the metal tag missing out the windshield and not my engine

What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request" -?? the parking brake randomly turns on mid driving especially on the highway. My car will randomly stop driving but the the radio and everything else is on but the car isn-??t on if that make sense. When I go to turn it back on after it shuts off it stutters then finally kicks back on. My tire sensors are completely off, my airbag system is always saying error, seat belt system is always going off. I could be going 50mph and car will shut off mid driving. Yes it can be inspected for FREE. Especially if my car is recalled. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? -?? my safety is definitely put at risk and sometimes others depending what my car does that day. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? -?? no I haven-??t had no one to look at it Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? -?? no I haven-??t been in a accident I do my best to get off the road Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear" -??seat belt sensor is on, airbag sensor is on, and check engine light is on. It-??s been going on for about 2 months now There was NO incident but I am very scared their will be. I do my best to be off the road but this is my only vehicle. I just seen an article my vehicle is recalled.

We purchased our vehicle brand new in 2015 with 6 miles on it. 1. The vehicle has always shifted hard, but every time I brought it up at the dealership I was told that "the car is just learning my driving habits" Here we are 10 years later and my car is still shifting hard and it still won't fall into gear like it's supposed to. 2. Within the first 6 months the airbag light came on and would throw a warning message on the display, to have it checked. Even after acknowledging that I had seen the message it would beep at me and come on almost immediately. I took it in to the dealership on 3 different occasions while it was still under the 3 year warranty. The first two times I asked about it the dealership told me that they found a water bottle stuck under the passengers seat and that it was causing the wires to not stay connected. They claimed that it fixed the problem each time. The third time I took it in I made sure there was no trash under the seat and reset the light. After a day or so the warning light came back on. This time they said they would replace the parts under the seat, but I went to pick up my vehicle the dealership seemed confused about what was supposed to have been done. Then they said it was all fixed and hustled me out the door. I've asked about the issue at least 2 more times since being out of warranty. The dealership wants me to pay nearly $2,000 to have it fixed even though they say there's a known issue. And when my son and I were hit from the side in 2022 the airbags didn't deploy and I'm guessing it has to do with that light being on still to this day.

Air bags need occupant classification module.air bags don't work Chrysler claims no longer make it. All wheel drive doesn't work needs a power transfer unit. Chrysler claims it's on back order with no delivery date.

The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where it was diagnosed that a sensor in the front driver's side seat needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was then taken to an independent mechanic, where it was repaired; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 90,000.

Ever since I first got the car, the moment I drove off the lot, the air bag system message popped up. I would take it back to the dealer, they would wiggle a few things around, I'd get it back, and the safety bag light STILL came on. I took it in about 5-6 times and still no fix. It was until my insurance expired that they said they could replace the whole thing for thousands of dollars. I still get the message on the car. If I crash, they bags will not go off, and the car company does not care. This happened with a family member of mine with the same car.
