On, 3/17/2022 my Chrysler 200 2016 suddenly stop working and not turned over. Everything is on inside the car but just won't turn when trying to start up. Since I had a recalled on the car 3 month ago the car has been installed and starting up. I have spent my last savings to buy this car and I am a single mother. I have to take my daughter to school and work.

I so upset and I think Chrysler Company should be liable for this. When the car shut off our lives was in danger, and this could have been death for us. There's so many reports and complaints about Chrysler cars that won't crank back up. Pleased help - I had my car towed to Jim Brown dealership to get it diagnosed. First it was the battery. I brought a new battery, is in no turnover. Now they're thinking it the electric or PDC, TIPM PROBLEM. WTF.

The car wouldn't turn over. I called Chrysler and told them it was under warranty. They told me to call a tow truck and if the driver couldn't get it started to have it towed in. I put it on the battery charger. It made a clicking sound and still wouldn't start. I called the tow truck and the driver used a small machine to start it. He advised me to leave it running for 1/2 an hour then bring it in. I did that. The dealer called me and told me the battery was dead and the headlights were blown by someone who tried to start it. I asked if maybe the headlights might have blown the battery out and they assured me that no, starting the car blew the headlights not the other way around. I don't believe them.
