The contact owned a 2016 Chrysler 200. While driving 40 mph, the vehicle shook and the tie rod fractured. The failure caused the contact to crash into another vehicle. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed. The contact suffered muscle spasms and back pain, which required medical attention. The vehicle was destroyed and towed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
