The contact owns a 2017 Chrysler 200. While operating the vehicle with the air conditioning in the on position, condensation developed on the front windshield. The failure created a visibility hazard. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer (leith Chrysler Jeep, 5500 capital blvd, raleigh, nc), but the cause of the failure was unable to be determined. The manufacturer was not notified. The VIN and failure mileage were unknown.
