The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler 300. The contact took the vehicle to parkway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (21560 hall rd, clinton twp, mi 48038, (586) 465-7210) to be repaired per NHTSA campaign number: 16V352000 (air bags) and NHTSA campaign number: 15V313000 (air bags). After the repairs, the air bag warning indicator illuminated and the defroster did not work. The same dealer was contacted and informed the contact that the vehicle would have to be diagnosed to determine the cause of the failure. The vehicle was not taken back to the dealer or an independent mechanic for diagnostic testing or repairs. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 116,540.
