The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler 300. While attempting to open the rear passenger door from outside the vehicle, the handle detached from the door. The vehicle was not taken to an independent mechanic or dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. A month later, the handles also detached from the driver's door and the front passenger door while being opened from the outside. The contact was able to open the rear driver's side door to enter the vehicle and then opened the other doors from the inside. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failures. The failure mileage was approximately 125,000.

The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler 300. When the contact attempted to open the front driver's door, the handle detached. The contact also noticed that the rear driver side door handle was about to fracture. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 127,000. Updated 9/12/18
