Initially I was driving my Crysler 300, 2005 and the UBS light and lighting bolt light started blinking and the car started to stutter. In a panic I took it to the closes garage which was Good Year. They ran a diagnostic test on it and stated that it was most likely the PCM. I took it to Bradshaw of Watertown (where I purchased the car and have serveiced regularly) and showed them the diagnosis and they stated that they could not go with another busineses diagnosis and had to run their own test, mind you which was double the price I had already paid at Good Year. They called me three days later to say that it was not the problem and was some other sensor issue charging me 485.00 for the service they conducted. They said that the problem was fixed and I could come pick up my car. A few days later the car started doing the same thing. I took it back to Bradshaw they had the car for 2 weeks and replaced the PCM and some other sensors, told me to come pick up the car that it was good to go. I picked up the car and not 3 hours later low and behold while I was driving on the highway with my grandbaby, the car started to stutter and the same lights started to flash, as trucks and cars beeped and speeded by me I begin to panic for my grandbaby and my life. I immediately pulled the car over and calmed myself down. I had no choice but to try to continue my jouney because the area in which I pulled over was dark and dangerous. I made it to Bradshaw and even though they were closed there was a sales associate who helped me. He was very apologetic and even offered me a ride home, however I had a family member meet me there at Bradshaw. He assured me that they would figure out the problem and get back to me immediately. A Sales associate was assigned to me and he called the next day. They have had my car for a total of 32 days and I recieved a call yesterday stating they were still working on the car and they didn't know what the problem was. Now I can't get mad at the dealership but my greatest concern is how in hell can Crysler me the maker and disigner of a product and not know how to fit it. It's been 32 days and they still do not know what is going on. It scares me to think what my car is going to run like after they do fix it if ever. I'm totally disqusted and dissappointed in Crysler, I mean really, they could have made me a brand new car in the time that they have had it. If you are a consumer and you are reading this and feel my frustrations, PLEASE call, write, complain to Crysler. I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need my car back in working condition.
