Headlights turn on and off by themselves while driving. At night sometimes they will go on and off and sometimes they will stay off. This is a very dangerous safety issue and the cars should be recalled. The car has never been in an accident or flood but has developed this electrical problem. Possible problem with a relay or body module. Dealer has no clue as why headlights are doing this.

My headlights have been flickering on an off too lately. I have no brights and I can't control my park lights or my regular lights. I'm a little scared to drive at night. It's obviously electrical, but I haven't taken it in yet because it's going to cost $.

Recently, the headlights failed to operate when activated at night. The vehicle has not been repaired. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was 15,000 and current mileage was 20,715.

Almost 10 months ago, I was driving in the evening with my headlights on when someone stopped me and told me one headlight was off. The headlight was turning off and on but would not go out completely so I figured it was just loose. Then the headlights were taking turns shutting off and on and at times shutting off completely. This is very dangerous so I avoid going out at night. When I could get the time off from work I scheduled an appointment with the Chrysler dealer and they said it was the right headlight modular and it would be approx.$900+ dollars to fix. I cannot afford this. Dealer said to check with Chrysler because it looks like a defect and they may have had a recall in the past. I am not the original owner and did not know if the original owner had this problem. I have only had the car for about 2 years. Please help me.

The contact stated heard clanking sound from the rear end. Contacted the dealership, and they said the transmission was going out. After they fixed the transmission 2000 miles later it went out again. He asked the dealership for a new transmission. After the initial time of fixing the transmission they didn't clean the transmission with a lint free cloth so it caused the transmission to clog up, causing the vehicle to stall. The second time to repair the transmission the parts will not be available until November 2005. The brake light comes on intermittently.. a technical service bulletin was issued concerning steering. The vehicle pulls to the right, after being fixed it pulled to the left. T he talked to the dealership about the air bag light coming on. They put it on a machine. He was told that there was a sensor that had to be replaced. They had to get the parts off the assembly line because they didn't have the parts to fix this vehicle.

Two days after I purchased my 2005 Chrysler 300 touring, all of the lights on the car began to flash off and on intermittently. Happens on interior and exterior lights. This is especially bothersome while driving at night, not only for the driver, but for the vehicles in front of me. I have had it back to the dealer for repair, but they cannot fix it. They are waiting until the manufacturer provides them with a fix. Meanwhile, I believe this to be a hazardous condition.
