The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler 300. The owner's manual stated that the contact's vehicle can travel a maximum of 50 mph with a spare tire. She had a spare tire placed on her vehicle and she could only travel a maximum of 35 mph. The page where this information is referenced is entitled, "compact spare tire" on page 274 of the manual. She notified the dealer and they advised her to file a complaint with NHTSA. The powertrain was unknown. The current and failure mileages were 48,450. Updated 4/25/08
