  • 400 miles
The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler 300. The vehicle has Goodyear integrity tires, size 175/70R13. The contact stated that the original tires were defective at the time of purchase. He noticed lumps and bubbles on all four tires, some of which were on the tread of the tires. He complained to the tire dealer and was informed that all of the tires were the same. They refused to replace the tires. The contact took the vehicle to a neutral dealer and they asked him what type of vehicle the tires were mounted on, and informed him that the tires were defective. He had to pay the difference between the defective tires and new tires in order to get all new tires. The dot number was unknown. The current mileage was 14,000 and failure mileage was approximately 400.
