The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler 300. When the contact and/or passenger are entering/exiting the vehicle, the front doors close without warning. He and his spouse have been struck within the doors on several occasions, but were not injured. The failure was due to a design defect, although the dealer and manufacturer stated that the doors were operating normally. The failure mileage was 1,200 and current mileage was 2,500.
