The metal on the hood release is of poor quality. The latch is so secure that the metal bends when I attempt to pop the hood. I have to get a long flat tipped screw driver to jimmy the hood release open in order to open the hood. I attempted to replace the hood release once, but the replacement part was of equal poor quality.
